    美国Glas-Col公司从1939年开始一直从事产业用的加热网罩(Heating Jacket)和绝缘护套(Insulating Jackets)的研发和生产,是同行业里的先驱。

    保温型(Not Heated Forline)/加热型护套(Heating Forline ),加热线带(Heating Tape) 以及自控箱(Controls) 被广泛用在半导体产业和其他产业上。

 


    加热温度可以达到250度(480F),安装Glas-Col的加热护套可以节省对气体配管、真空管道真空泵等相关设备、设施的保护或隔热装置,辅助工程,避免对设备和产品带来的伤害,也避免高温管道给工作人员造成伤害。

根据用途可采用不同材料加工 (Different materials and closures meet various needs)

(1) Plain fiberglass fabric (玻璃纤维);
(2) Silicone impregnated fiberglass (硅橡胶纤维);
(3) Aluminized fabric (铝化纤维)。
抗高温型纤维可以使用在450度高温设备与配管上。
    除此之外,还有其他一些封合方式可以利用,比如:圈套式(Hook)、系带式(Lace)、金属环孔眼式(Eyelet)等。这些组合方式可以使Glas-Col护套在无尘间里使用,而且安装和拆除都比较方便。

Since virtually creating the mantle industry in 1939, the company has gone on to develop an extensive line of mantles as well as heating and insulating jackets. Glas-Col is now known worldwide for the ability to custom-design jackets for unusual applications.

Glas-Col heating jackets reduce the chance of clogged vacuum lines.

Glas-Col heating jackets offer a convenient, cost-effective way to heat and maintain temperature according to your specific application. Designed to achieve temperatures of up to 250°C (480°F), they help reduce buildup in forelines, exhaust lines, and pump lines which, in turn, reduces the risk of damaged products and equipment. In addition, they:

  • Provide clean, even heat

  • Eliminate hot or cold spots

  • Are easy to install and remove (even in limited spaces)

  • Require low maintenance and labor cost

  • Are energy efficient

  • Are clean room compatible

  • Consist of durable material

  • Offer variable watt densities

  • Provide multiple heating zones

Typical foreline applications.

By installing a Glas-Col heating jacket on forelines and exhaust lines, NH4Cl buildup can be reduced to the point where periodic maintenance to remove by-product is eliminated. This also eliminates downtime due to leaks caused by seal damage during maintenance.


Different materials and closures meet various needs.

A wide variety of materials are available to meet your specific need:

  • Plain fiberglass fabric

  • Silicone impregnated fiberglass

  • Aluminized fabric

High-temperature fabrics are available for applications up to 425°C (842°F).

A number of closure options are also available, including hook and lace, eyelet and lace, zipper, and Velcro®. These options allow Glas-Col to design jackets that are not only clean room compatible, but are easy to install and remove.
